Becca is the owner & principal architect of Creative Competence. Her past experience in private commercial & historic preservation work and desire to be an entrepreneur led her to start Creative Competence.

She has experience in array of projects from her experience working for a boutique architecture firm in Dayton, OH. Becca served as project architect for downtown Dayton Icons: The Manhattan & Avant-Garde building and the Dayton Arcade. She is well versed in historic preservation & adaptive reuse projects, which is her greatest passion. She also served as project architect for Life Connection Ohio, Dayton headquarters.

She is well versed in an array of construction types, and project types from residential renovations to retail roll out to highly secure government spaces and open-air public spaces.
